Darkness overcame this happy soul
Losing almost all her control
Keeping everything locked up inside
All her emotions no longer want to hide
Creeping shadows not wanting to part
Knowing not how or when to start
Nothing ever seems to make sense
Maybe that's why she's so tense
Sadness seems to fill her days
Not losing one minute of this craze
Lonely she lives with all fear
Drawing away from all who are near
Seeing nothing more than grief
All this caused by disbelief
Such unhappiness in her life
Wanting to stop all this strife
Pain and sorrow are all she knows
This fleeting feeling never goes
